We picked the British and Commonwealth theme because pubs are our tradition and our culture. We are a Nation of diverse cultures and this is bound by our Commonwealth cultures - all 57 of them. So it allows us to offer food and drink to suit all moods. If we seek filling and comforting after a long day, a cold day etc we can. If we want something more exotic because we’ve had a heavy night or we just have a craving indeed if all of us are in different food moods, as often the case in families and groups then hopefully we have something to suit all moods.
